How Fast Do We Ship?
We usually ship your order within 24–48 business hours of receiving it. You’ll get an email and SMS with your tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.
When Will It Reach You?
Metro cities: 3–5 business days after shipping
Non-metro areas: 5–9 business days
Remote or special zones: 7–12 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to location, public holidays, weather, or courier partner schedules.
Do You Charge for Shipping?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India over a certain amount (see checkout for current offers).
For smaller orders or cash-on-delivery (COD), a nominal fee may apply and will be visible at checkout.
What About Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD is available across many pin codes in India. COD limits and availability may vary — final details will be shown at checkout.
Multiple Shipments?
Sometimes, items in your order may ship from different warehouse locations. If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking links and updates for each shipment.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you. Re-delivery may be arranged at an additional shipping cost.
Non-Serviceable Areas
If your pin code is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative shipping arrangements.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen reasons. We are not liable for delays caused by:

Courier or logistics disruptions

Risk After Dispatch
Once your order is shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier. We pack with care but cannot be held liable for damage, theft, or delay after dispatch.
